How long will my appointment take?

We always allocate plenty of time – see the guide next to each service. Your dog groom is never rushed.

To keep the salon calm and distraction-free, we do not allow owners to stay during grooming. This helps your dog relax and allows us to give them our full attention.

Most dogs benefit from grooming every 6 to 8 weeks, but this can vary depending on breed, coat type, and lifestyle. We are always happy to advise what is best for your dog.
